Social Responsibility
Our story started in the pristine lower foothills of the Himalayas in Shoghi, Shimla. The growing inclination for henna based tattoos on the skin and colors on hair became our prime motivation to use the same medium for coloring eyebrows too, which in due course of time became the heart and soul of Mina ibrow Henna. To maintain the highest quality and organicity of our henna tints, therefore, we decided to grow our henna on organic land without using chemicals, pesticides, fertilisers, or GMOs. Our hope was that one day people would get convinced about the benefits of using henna-based eyebrow tints as a viable alternative against the chemical-based ones.

We believe that we also have the responsibility of protecting the environment. Which is why we work hard to ensure that our products are harmful chemical-free, and are as environmentally friendly as possible. We believe that nature is the best source for beautiful and natural colors. So, we craft our tints carefully and thoughtfully with henna, making them gentle for your skin and also for the environment. We also strive to create a transparent, accountable and sustainable supply chain through responsible sourcing and local manufacturing.
Women Empowerment—at the Core of Mina ibrow Henna Journey
The biggest challenge that women face today is access to economic opportunities and achieving financial independence. Having a future without poverty can, therefore, become challenging for those lacking access to education and training, financial services and the markets. Through our CSR initiative, we commit to empowering women by giving them access to equitable and stable incomes. Allowing them to front the success of our organization is hence a natural fallout since women make up 80% of our workforce. We cultivate a diverse, inclusive, healthy, and productive work environment by educating our employees, hiring a diverse workforce, and promoting a wide range of different perspectives.
